Last year Slotland started promoting a game which many players assumed to be video poker. The game is presented as video poker and on much of the site and the sites advertisements as such. However upon further review – clicking thru several levels you discover that the game is in fact a slots game with nothing but an aesthetic resemblance to video poker.

Whats most disturbing is that it seems Slotland is purposely presenting the game as video poker misleading new players into playing a slots game that has payouts that do not match their assumptions. If this were not the case they would have no need to hide the true character of the machine on page 4 or 5 or where ever it is buried.

They often advertise "We offer six different slot machines and three stylish card games at the moment." Clearly attempting to distant the two. The gaming site has slowly began making minute changes to satisfy mislead players, but I believe their actions are too little – too late!
